Scalp has never been so dry and itchy since using the anti-dandruff bar. I'm giving it 2 stars as it certainly cleans your hair well. However an anti-dandruff shampoo it is not.

Our mild & gentle fragrance-free shampoo bar prevents irritation even on sensitive scalps so helps to stop itchiness. Poor website when it comes to ordering. I got one email confirming my order and then one telling me my order was not completed. I've no way of cancelling this second pending order so I'm frightened I'm going to finish up with the same product twice. Also they try to make you use Google Pay which in my case appears to be linked to an email that isn't mine. I only want to pay with my debit card.

I thought I loved using the shampoo bar at first and had found a perfect ethical solution to all the plastic waste, BUT recently my scalp has become very DRY after using it for a year or so and I have terrible dandruff and itchy scalp. Such a shame but I wouldn't recommend the shampoo bars now and am stuck with a few extra bars after the subscription came too regularly before I cancelled it. Not expecting to get any compensation but just want to warn others! The concept/packaging is great but not sure I trust what ingredients are in it if I'm reacting to it so severely now.

Really fussy website. Not intuitive. Have just received an order that had to be put through manually. Will try the products over the next few days so I will reserve judgement for the moment.

Like the shampoo but not impressed with the conditioner. It’s not easy to use and left my hair like straw. I bought tins to keep them in but once you have used them once it is extremely difficult to get them out again in the shower.

If you drop our customer support team an email at support@gruum.com we can offer some advice to help with the conditioner bar and have some of our new 'soap savers' sent out for you to place in your tin to prevent the bars from becoming stuck.

I have had several orders from the company and have found the product very good.my only reservations going forward is the delivery, My last order was ordered on the 11th October and not even despatched from your premises until the 16th with the earliest delivery19th October Your company is so behind your competitors with deliveries that I have reservations for the future of your company You need to sort out your deliveries from your premises, plan to despatch the next day from your company or you will fail

I have been using the conditioning bar and have been really disappointed. After applying it my hair is so brittle when wet that I really struggle to get a comb through it. When dried it feels sticky and lank. I have tried using it with a grüum shampoo bar as well as a bar from another company. I want to reduce plastic but am considering going back to bottled conditioner. Also once you put it in the tin it us impossible to get it back out again.

Hi Linda, I am so sorry you haven't been able to get on with the conditioner bar. It's fair to say 99% of people who try our shampoo bars are fans and this is partly because they are so easy to use. Whereas with the conditioner bars there's a "learning experience". We'll get ion touch with you directly to see if we help. Toothpaste tablets are too fragile and should come with instructions to transfer to moisture resistant container directly after arrival in the letterbox

Great with no plastic of course BUT I found the conditioner bar I bought very disappointing and after a couple of attempts to use it I have given up. Even though I follow instructions of how to use it my normal, shoulder length hair does not detangle and can’t be combed out. I have gone back to my old conditioner since sadly this one is pretty useless. However the shampoo bar is good and really does what is promised.

Beautiful design. Unfortunately, the actual razor blades are, to be honest, rubbish! Almost impossible to achieve a close shave and certainly doesn't compare favourably with less expensive products. Pretty disappointed and will be going back to something that really works.

Wash bag is tiny!!! Looks lovely on the video but not much use! Toothpaste and toothbrush in and not a lot more, also ordered shampoo bar a week before that still not received.

Unfortunately delivery was damaged on arrival to my home address and the products had split inside making the other products in packaging sticky , had to order new stuff of website as it’s for present , am hopeful this won’t be like next time .. fingers crossed

Hi Wm, I am really sorry the discount coupon hasn't been applied. I'll be honest, I'm not sure why the price wasn't reduced down to £5. Both types of blades are inferior quality and drag the bristles rather than cutting them.Cancelled subscription.

I bought a small Gruum moisturiser through a promotion with Vodafone 'Very Me' Rewards and used it for the first time today. The smell is appalling (like urine) and I have had to bin it. Very disappointed at wasting my money.

I liked the shampoo so placed a larger order on 30th July to take the products on my holiday, which will hopefully start on Saturday 7 August. Having checked my account, it's still in 'packing', a week after placing the order. That is a very, very long time for a couple of bars of soap / shampoo - really disappointing service. I wish I hadn't recommended to so many people. :(

Glitchy checkout process, wouldn't accept my postcode and had no option of manual override, discount code which was previously applied didn't carry through to payment, then website wouldn't let me cancel despite the order just being place and definitely not despatched.

Ordered a Razor Handle & Razors from Gruum. The package arrived crumpled with handle & blades loose in the box with no protective packaging. For a supposedly high quality product this is an appalling shipping. Contacted customer service about broken razors but all they could say was they like photos to follow up with Royal Mail. Told them the problem is theirs not Royal Mail since I receive products from eBay in much better & secure packaging than gruum. Not sure if this company will be going anywhere since they don’t even realise / or care about their product dispatch. Won’t risk using them again.
