“I have ordered a variety of products on a number of occasions from Gruum; I can honestly say the quality of the products (ranging from skin care, toiletries trough to air fresheners and diffusers) has been outstanding. Easy company to deal deal with, with high quality products and excellent customer services.”

“I found the website easy to navigate, all the information about the products was right there so I could see exactly was in the products I bought. I'm a huge fan of natural and sustainable products, so Gruum is definitely going to be one of top places to order from. “The shower gel bars don't produce any lather, very disappointing. The shampoo bar is very good and great for travel. The conditioner bar is good for holidays.”

Hi Anna, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize that you were disappointed with the lather of the Tvatta Shower Gel Bars. The Tvatta Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. “I really like Gruum as a brand, their products smell lovely and I like what they stand for. The only thing I would add is a couple more tin options for storing the shampoo and body wash bars. It’s difficult to do sustainably but an option for it would be good. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever.”

“Gruum products are beautiful I'm in love with the oljy body oil , I've used many before but this is divine. My granddaughter is 13 & has terrible exzma but hooray we have found someone whom has provided products she can use! I often order the new discovery bundles so she can try out a new favourite product that helps her feel & smell fantastic. She now orders & requests her favourites for birthdays & for gifts for friends. The delivery & service is excellent, I have nothing but praise for this wonderful company & their products.”

“When it comes to customer service, delivery including packaging - I give them five stars. I got the facial serum and hair density serum but it’s too early to tell if they really work, hence the three stars.”
