“I recently purchased a uv steriliser from Groomers Online... and after only a few uses it stopped working. I contacted customer services and left a message for help. The next day someone rang and suggested I returned the item for inspection. It was collected promptly without any cost to me and by Wednesday I received a brand new steriliser. Groomers online kept their promise of getting this situation sorted quickly and easily for me. I know I can rely on this company ... they are professional and very fair.. and purchases are always delivered quickly. Thankyou Groomers online !!!”

“Ordered a blast dryer and after 6 days of it not arriving I called in and eventually got a call back saying the item was out of stock! No one wpuld have told me had I not called. Then told I would grt a refund fast time and after 2 days I am now awaiting another call back. Not a happy customer right now.”
