“I have ordered several items from Groomers online in the last 6 months and I am very impressed with the service they provide. My last order was for some different varieties of dog shampoo. There was an excellent range of products to choose from and I finally decided on a large tub of anti-stress lavender fragrance and some gorgeous smelling detangle formula which has a gentle rose aroma. The dogs I bath seem to be happier when the perfume is not too over powering for them.”

“My dog has a patch on her back where her fur gets greasy I have tried numerous shampoo but this one from groomers seems to be doing the trick very pleased and will be buying more”

“Hi, I placed my order on 23rd February saying and received an email saying “payment received”. My only criticism is that I didn’t receive any notification that my order had been posted out to me. By Friday afternoon I was on the verge of phoning Groomers Limited to chase up my order when I spotted an orange missed delivery slip from local sorting office. I collected parcel the next day. I’m happy with products received and speed of delivery. No happy that I didn’t receive email notification that order had been posted out. Made me feel concerned that my order had been lost or stolen.”

“Took a while to arrive,but then that could be because of the situation.. They item although i measured where to small,way to small!The small print says you cant send back if you have opened the packed,but how do you know its going to fit if you can try it on!!And the fact that its cost postage to get the items and postage back to them again hardly makes it worth purchasing.”
