Finding products on the website not always easy. One problem when the website took a credit card payment but did not record the order - sorted out the phone (weekdays only) very quickly. Goods have been delivered promptly.

I asked what was the size of the head of a large Doggyman slicker brush only to be told it was 31/2 in which i knew was wrong ,so i had to take a chance that it was the right one ,it would be helpful for you to put the measurements on your website.

It is a good way of ordering when out of hours but it did keep freezing and then it booted me out. I went back in and it worked great

When searching for a product by a category not all the products came up, ie search of a comb and a limited number of comb where shown, however if you searched for a product code from using the catalogue the items that originally didn't show could be seen. Consequently took a while to find what you want. Also having received the order I notice that the VAT has not been taken off of an order for Jersey. When I phone through an order the operators know to remove the VAT. Consequently I will now need to find time to phone and discuss this during office hours which has been difficult recently and why I ordered via the internet in the first place as I was able to place the order at a more convenient time.

I was disappointed to see that my dogs detangle spray wasn't included in the parcel that I had paid extra for to receive quickly, I had no email telling me this was out of stock, otherwise I wouldn't have paid for other items until all was in stock together! And no explanation in parcel either it just wasn't included, so a bit disappointed on my first experience of buying from groomers online :(

Initially very pleased with speed of delivery. Until I found only 2 of 3 items were in package. No mention if missing item in delivery note. I phoned Groomers and hopefully the missing item will arrive next week.

It promotes products but theyre hard to find unless you know exactly what section it comes under. For example, I came across a dog hair mousse but then just couldn't find it again no matter where I looked. Also because they're so many to choose from it will be a little more helpful to state what they're good for, for example are they puppies or detangle. Its just quite confusing

This was my first purchase and the ordering process was easy and followed up with the confirmation of delivery. The scissors I ordered yesterday although well packaged and good quality were not as described as they were much smaller in size than the photo showed on screen and I will have to return. I feel it would be would be more helpful to add a better description i.e. the length was shown as 6" which I assumed to be the length of the blades from the handle not the total length of the scissors from the handle.

They have got my order wrong a few times, however a man I usually speak to ( i think his names Dan) has outstanding customer skills, very polite, lovely to speak to and always sorts any problems out.

I telephoned before i purchased make sure "if i ordered qt 2 off would i get a 2m running length" i was advised yes, so why did the matting arrive in 2 off 1m lengths?

Checked manufacturers website before buying as had seen the coat elsewhere and it had an opening to attach a harness. Assumed that as pictures and item name were identical the coat would be the same, it wasn't. The version for sale at Groomers online does not have the opening for a harness and the fabric is not the same. Can only assume these have been recent improvements made by the manufacturer, introduced as many dog owners now prefer a harness. If you don't need this facility then the coat will be ok. We also found that the coat although fitting in length was a little large around the chest and is elasticated rather than adjustable. On our Cavalier it was loose.

Asked and paid for , next day delivery, but it didn't arrive till 2 days late. ... So if you expect next day. ...you don't get it!

when I placed my order I asked a question about an email I had from Groomers, unfortunately they did not have the courtesy to reply.I do not think I will use them again as they were not helpful on a previous occasion when I rang them. I would say that their delivery of my order was quick.
