I was a little disappointed with product purchased as I was expecting a dog-specific hairdryer and it was actually a normal hairdryer. I would't have bought it had I known. As a normal hairdryer it works well.

Unfortunately the first item I received was damaged, not sure if by courier or before it had been despatched as both the outer and inner box had been taped up in different places. Second item received which was faulty so had to be returned, and I now have to wait for a refund.

My dog has E P Oil on her skin for alergies. Very good to date but it is loosing some of. It's potency as the summer goes on. However I would still recommend it. The only problem is the size of the bottle. I could get 500 gms but now it seems only 250 gms. Which means extra postage on every order.

Delivery was good but I was surprised to find that the bottles of Groom and Detangle were half the size of bottles I have purchased before.

Groomers Online always prompt with deliveries. Been using them now for several years. But, I just wish they would provide order progress by email and on my account order page . This is not what you expect nowadays. And how about parcel tracking. Come on Groomers Online, other companies can do it.

6I cant really comment yet because I have not received the item! I was told that they had not arrived but that you will be sending when these are available, which I very much look forward to getting. Please advise me as soon as you have an news on this item coming to me! when I get the item, I will of course give you more positive feedback!!

I order a pair of grooming trousers and a noose on Monday this week they still have not arrived. On the same day I ordered of another website grooming related and that came the next day. I don't understand what takes so long for such a small parcel.

No despatch information provided and courier left a card that was not registered on their system so I had a 30 mile round trip to collect parcel. Rang Groomers to confirm who their carrier was and left message as phones were unattended (during) their advertised opening hours. Still waiting for a return phone call! Goods were as ordered.

Sales and delivery service for grooming equipment very good. Would not recommend or use the embroidery service again. First hand sales staff not knowledgeable enough at this time and several happy to go away on holiday whilst leaving the customer in the lirch. Embroidery company then stitched a garment with a faulty zip doubling up the waiting time again even longer after staff holidays

More sizing info on the clothing products needed. I ordered my normal size in a grooming jacket and when it arrived it was too tight, not comfortable and will have to be returned for a larger size. Could have been avoided.

I ordered the wrong items because the internet description isn't good enough. The dog grooming brushes I ordered had bent pins rather than straight and this isn't made clear in the descriptions on line. So not happy and will have to order again.

No email indicating when product had been sent when acknowledgement of order said that there would be. Not the fastest of deliveries - asked to review before receiving order. However, product very good.

I think you have tried to cram the category's together on the dog grooming professional finding the clippers section was difficult.
