“Products amazing love them although took a couple of weeks for order to be delivered”

“I have had very good experiences and products from Groomers. However, I would advise not to buy anything they are selling "refurbished". I have brought some Heinegar corded clippers in silver . The first pair i brought (after being refurbed) i couldn't even attach a blade to. Groomers were good at sending me a courier foc to take the back. They said the hinge was broken. When i received them back they stopped working after less than 20 minutes! They sent me a label to send these back and then i requested a pair that didn't have any faults etc. After consideration they gave me my money back. I also brought a table which they said was used for exhibitions etc second hand and this continuously slides down so the table is at an angle. This obviously is not safe for the dog or me as the groomer. My friend brought the same table and hers does the same thing. I have complained on both fronts and was told id get a call but nothing. Now Im back to square one and have to buy some more lightweight corded clippers and have to use my old table that doesn't fit an "H bar" on as its too short! Im not writing this to shame Groomers but to show honestly what my experience has been.”

“Fantastic products but postage and packaging very expensive. Especially as products were just in a large Jiffy bag which was split when it was delivered to me.”

“I was happy with the products I received with groomers, however the service from dpd was awful. It was suppose to be next day delivery however it took 4 days to get my parcel with a lot of wasted time - I was sitting in my flat at the delivery time slot to receive a text from dpd saying they couldn't deliver it as no one was in, then I thought it best to arrange to collect it from a shop, they said it would be there by 12 noon the next day... It wasn't. Eventually I got my hands on the parcel. There was no way of phoning anyone, really disappointed with the service and will now completely avoid ordering anything that uses them as a deliver service.”

“I picked up my items today. The scissors are great but the Chocodoodle" shampoo had leaked as the top was loose and lost about a sixth of c.ntents. shame really.”

“The website was easy to navigate and payment was simple. The delivery arrived promptly. Unfortunately however, of the two items delivered only one was what I actually ordered (I asked for item ref CHA01 'Chalk powder' and was sent CHA03 'chalk block') The mistake was minimal and I can live with it! That said I would use the site again.”

“Would have given this top 4 stars if it wasn't for the little pearl button which has a button loop which is far too small, and the button gets stuck. Quality material,good fit.”

“I ordered the jumpsuit that claimed to have scissor motif around the pocket as well as pawprints on the shoulder. I ordered the large as I wanted to wear a tee-shirt underneath. I am disappointed with the jumpsuit as there is no scissor motif on the hip, the elastic on the waist is so tight it makes me look like I'm cut in half. The material is very thin and the zip isn't going to last continued use.”

“Happy with everything apart from you didn’t take any notice of the note I added ref delivery. Nobody was home when they tried to deliver so I had to fetch it from the sorting office.”

“I can't fault the products, but the customer care is patchy, with frequent mistakes that necessitate sending items back for replacement, and the delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I've had parcels left in front of the shop, in full view of passing customers and about 6 metres from the shop door, which was open.”

“I was happy with the product (ruff n tumble drying coats) and the price. However I was not impressed with the delivery time after paying for express delivery not the free “gift” as advertised as the “free gift” I received was a single sachet, not for resale, promotion shampoo. A free sample from one of the suppliers not a free gift from groomers”

“I was impressed with my order and everything works perfect, however I was not impressed that my order was left outside for everyone to see right outside my front door x I wouldn't be happy if my order went missing as it was £125 worth of equipment x”
