“Asked and paid for , next day delivery, but it didn't arrive till 2 days late. ... So if you expect next day. ...you don't get it!”

“when I placed my order I asked a question about an email I had from Groomers, unfortunately they did not have the courtesy to reply.I do not think I will use them again as they were not helpful on a previous occasion when I rang them. I would say that their delivery of my order was quick.”

“The dog brushes and comb I ordered arrived quickly and were reasonably priced. However, the packaging they came in was very poor. The items were just placed in a jiffy envelope with no other protection. Fortunately, the goods weren't damaged, but pins of the slicker brush and pin brush had pierced the envelope, and the postman and I were lucky to avoid scratches or cuts when we handled the package. Groomers could learn from Amazon, and from Ebay sellers who are generally much more careful with packaging.”

“I would prefer one person who can be charged for my account. The communication can be much easier. Sometimes my feelings are: nobody is dealing with my question, sometimes too many people handle my orders.”

“The only negative was courier used didn't state when delivery would take place. didn't knock on 1st delivery day therefore put note through door even though I was in. 2nd delivery date had to waste yet another day off work waiting all day as couldn't specify time. Not very customer friendly...... Wouldn't use groomers again because of this set up.”

“the quality of the products are good but for the last couple of times items i have ordered haven't arrived because they are out of stock and i have not been informed before ordering. On this last occasion i desperately needed 3 clipper blades. i paid for express delivery and only 2 out of the 3 arrived. Had i not been able to fix an old blade i had, i would have had to re-schedule 3 dogs.”

“When items are not in stock it would be a good idea to let the customer know and not have to rely on them to keep asking for it. Like is has happen to me on more than one occasion”
