“Thought we would try Groomers Online products to get our beautiful Golden Retriever “Grace” ready for her Pets As Therepy Dog assessment. We bought the tea tree oil shampoo and OMG, her coat is so shiny, soft and silky it’s just amazing. I can’t stop stroking her, she feels like satin. Better than anything else we’ve used and she smells Just Devine too. Good value, excellent delivery, blown away with these products, will definitely be coming back for more and will be recommending to all our friends.”

“Super quick delivery, easy to use website. Only downside was a couple of things out of stock, which I was notified quickly about when they were back in. I will now need to pay postage for them as they couldn’t be included with my large order.”

“I queried an order that I didn't get traders price when it stated I should have. Contacted service and still awaiting a reply. Other than awful customer service I am pleased with items and delivery time was reasonable.”

“Received order a pair of chunker scissors scissors didn’t open close properly . I was advised to send back and wait for them to be repaired another week before I have any .”
