“I bought a set of scissors for my wife that had a nice PURPLE case , the reason i bought this set is because our dog is called PURPLE and i knew the wife would like it. When arrived case black ??? rang up and was told they are all black . They took the purple set off line after i rang up , i payed a lot of money for the set so i think they should of gave me a part refund for MIS SELLING”

Thank you for your review. Please accept our sincere apologies for the error of the product showing the incorrect image. The Scissors themselves still have the purple finish but the cases were changed to black by the manufacturer. One of of advisers offered to arrange a collection of the scissors and offered a full refund, should the scissors not be suitable, which was declined. “Ordered the Razorline 7.5 24t chunkers they arrived very quickly well packaged. These chunkers are brilliant for the price of them people usually say you get what you pay for but I can't complain I love them.”

“My order was not as expected, received 1% Evening Primrose Shampoo instead of 3%. Customer service were apologetic and very helpful, sent me the 3% the next day and gave me the 1% as a goodwill gesture. Very impressed.”

“i have dealt with groomers for a number of years and found all the products great. However i have just purchased the handheld drier. Used it for the first time today. it was i suppose only £60 but I found it no use at all. there was no hot air blowing from it, it as very noisy far more so than the blaster, the nozzles kept falling off. I have Poodles and they are used to the drier however this completely freaked them out.”

“I placed my order through amazon and received a web order confirmation from Groomers. However that was the last communication that I received about my order. I didn’t know whether it had been mailed out, when it was coming and if it could be tracked. I see below you are asking me questions which I have just explained in my review this was the information that I wasn’t privy to. Not good customer service.”

“Excellent company, quality of product good, just one small let down, is that the plug does not fit the plug hole, also would like to have the availability of a hose to attach to the end of the outlet pipe, but hey you can get round this. Looking forward to bathing the kittens at the weekend.”
