“Expensive p and p. Parcel arrived reboxed with sticker saying TNT resealed.Address label cut off original box and stuck on new box. Mixing bottle was missing and shampoo leaked inside box. They kindly sent another mixing bottle but said nothing about the leaked shampoo. When I compared to the online photo the shampoo should have been right up to the handle. Waiting to hear if I should send this back or if they will send the missing shampoo that must have leaked through the original packaging! Wastes time for something that’s so expensive.”

“Ordered a clipper blade and got a pair of scissors instead to then be told, we dont have any blades left, after i emailed them so show proof of what i got given and after i ordered over a week ago”
