“Bought 2 Flairosol bottles - best value I could find these online. Prompt, efficient postage. However one item slightly damaged on receipt so could do with more packaging. Didn’t attempt to return as decided to live with it for the cost.”

“I still haven't received my items- no answer on the customer service number, or any option, automated message constantly, Fed Ex delivery who doesn't leave a tracking number, comes the next day, no tracking number, called and finally spoke to someone who said they would call Fed Ex to tell them to deliver the next day when I would be in, (I was in the first day by the way), if they changed their delivery company, and if they answered the phone when you call, and you got your items without having to spend hours calling Fed Ex only to be told that you need a tracking number, etc etc, I will remember next time to use Christies, who have got the deliveries sorted and do answer the phone, I have been sent an email to review my product, well, what product, where is it, more time wasted trying to get it sorted.”

“the item I bought was a pr of scissors, they work fine but the is an issue .It would have been helpful if the finger holes were made for men to use ,I had to remove the plastic inserts so that I could use them , Groomers should have stated this in their adverts ,I have since found out other have had this problem”
