“Ordered a stainless steel bath on Wednesday 25th and was assured it would be delivered either Monday 30th Sept or Tuesday 1st October. It is now Wednesday 2nd October and there is still no sign on said bath. We are now turning clients away as we are unable to cope with the volume of dogs and cats we groom in a day, due to not having the bath. Who covers this loss of earnings?”

“This was the only place I trusted to groom my Persian cat Archie. We have been going for over 9 years. Tammi and her team are so careful, kind, considerate and they love what they do. I have now been informed officially that cat grooming has been withdrawn and I am very upset, frustrated and angry. This is discrimination against cats as you are still grooming dogs. I have no complaints against Brentford Pets at Home but my anger is aimed at the Head Office.”

“Product ok...but delivery needs attention...the driver opened my side gate.. Posted the packet through the dog flap and left the gate wide open. .I was horrified when I came home.....thankfully my dog didn't decide to go through the gate and out onto the road...I couldn't find the name of the delivery company to complain...hopefully Groomers will...the packet said. 85. HML van 45...drop 27...c round 6355”

“I am very pleased with Groomers. It is the first time I have used them but it all went well and my order was delivered quickly. I am very pleased with the items I had ordered. I will certainly use the site again and would recommend Groomers to my friends. Also, they have equipment for both professional and pet owners which, I thought was good. I was able equipment myself with tools to groom my dog at for the price of three visits to our usual groomer.”

“Used the evening primrose shampoo on my little princess coco . I never had such good results from a shampoo . Her coat was so soft after washing her and it helped to calm her skin . Helped to reduce body odour she seems to get . Her coat lovely and white.”
