I recently placed an order with Groomers-Online. I did not receive any notifications of when the goods would be despatched which is normal with other similar companies. After 7 days and no communication, I contacted the company to find out what was happening. I received an email to say they were checking with delivery company and would be back in touch. I heard nothing further from Groomers except for a request to do a review to which I replied that I still had not received my order. I finally received my order today, 11 days after placing the order, and with no further communication from Groomers except a request to review. I was happy to have received the order in good condition, finally, but disappointed with the customer service from the company after querying the delivery.
