“Bought a Groomers Aquasorb Super Absorbent Chamois towel and have already used it twice after a rainy dog walk. Really absorbent and makes drying my cocker spaniel are far easier job. Comes in a handy tube to keep it moist in between uses and is easily cleaned under a running tap. Wish I'd found this before and hopefully the end to loads of wet dog towels this winter! Great value for money and speedy service :)”

“Prices are reasonable, however with the added cost of delivery, some items can be found online for cheaper.. delivery could be quicker when it’s been paid for.. not a great deal of left hand scissors available, the ones that are, are often expensive.”

“My clippers were great couldn’t fault them- light and easy to use, really happy however was devastated when the delivery company threw my £340 clippers over the fence!!”

“I ordered on 16/8 it’s now 24/8 and have still not received my order.. no updates, no tracking. Have emailed customer services and awaiting reply. No excuses for paying for delivery and waiting over a week. Amazon manages in one day. Some communication would be nice. Won’t be using again.”

Whilst we are closed on the weekend which was when the order was placed, the goods were dispatched from our warehouse the next working day, which in this case, was on Monday 17th.
