“Haven't used these yet but delivery was quick and the clippers look very heavy duty and robust The parcel was unfortunately left outside the front door which I was very unhappy about but this is a problem with the courier not the product”

“Saw them on an internet search for blue nitrile gloves which was becoming a futile task Even if the cost was more than I expected I gave them a try for 2 boxes. The delivery was very prompt and quality and fit were excellent. So all in all very happy and will use again... P.S A lower price would be great....lol”

“I am still waiting for my goods. This survey to review your service has arrived way before the goods I’ve purchased! Does that say it all? I think so. What service? What communication? This survey is the ONLY communication I’ve have since placing my order on 1st October (I write this on the 8th). 7 days- no word, then a survey of “How are we doing?” comes through?!?”

Having checked the tracking, it would appear the courier have lost this shipment during transit and have failed to notify us. “I ordered an Andis Ultraedge AGC 2 Speed Brushless Dog Grooming Clipper in June/July, used it for the 3rd time in August and it didn't work, Andis sent me a free returns label, i sent my product back (accidentally including the extra clipper heads i had ordered from someone else on Amazon). They called me once which i missed then i had to call them back which took me 3 days worth of trying to actually get through to someone. I got a brand new Andis Clipper sent free of charge but they kept the extra clipper heads i had accidentally sent with no replacements provided. I then had to buy new clipper heads and the only people that were selling them were Groomers Limited so i then had to give them more of my money which as you can imagine i wasn't super happy about by then. I wouldn't particularly recommend Groomers Limited but i wouldn't say they are an awful company either. Kind of a love and hate relationship with the company. They are a brilliant company for easy returns and if you can get in touch with anyone from the company they are really helpful and kind so they do have their strong points, just need to work on their company transparency.”

“Ordered a muzzle and a few other bits on Monday I urgently needed and expected a good service from groomers as I’ve ordered from them before, but it got to Friday and I hadn’t received my goods and it turned out for some unknown reason they hadn’t shipped my order out, they were quick to sort my order out and and also send a second muzzle on a next day delivery and also refunded my postage. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.”
