“Ordered a muzzle and a few other bits on Monday I urgently needed and expected a good service from groomers as I’ve ordered from them before, but it got to Friday and I hadn’t received my goods and it turned out for some unknown reason they hadn’t shipped my order out, they were quick to sort my order out and and also send a second muzzle on a next day delivery and also refunded my postage. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had to return the muzzle I had received because it was too small. However, Groomers sent me the correct size for my Labrador by return of post. The muzzle fits very well and I received excellent customer service from Groomers Online.”

“Tuffer than tangles regular large slicker brush, is brilliant for my labradoodle. Used daily and hardly any hair in the house now. Really impressed with it. I’ve been using a different brand for years which has just broken leading me to buy this one and I’m not disappointed at all, just wish I’d bought this sooner. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was great came within 2 days of ordering.”
