“Well, groomers as a company i would say is great, the stuff was shipped out quite quick with good correspondence as the item i was getting was rather large .. I knocked a star off as the parcel arrived very VERY damaged, but this may not have been Groomers fault, it may have been the couriers? The courier took the parcel back and Groomers were very quick to contact me and sort out sending a new one out.”

“I have bought quite a few items of grooming equipment from Groomers online and have not been disappointed with anything. The last items I purchased were a 5-litre container of 'Wild English Rose' 2 in 1 detangle shampoo and a 2 in 1 professional comb. The dogs can be a bit upset with some fragranced shampoo as they don't like the fragrance but they don't mind this one at all. They are quite happy and it makes them smell scrummy. The comb is the best one I 've purchased. I have been struggling to find one that the dogs are comfortable with and one that doesnt cause static. This one goes through fine (Shih Tzu) fur without tugging and they love to be combed with it. VEry happy with my purchases.”
