“I sent an email on Wednesday, the day I received the items but didn’t hear back. We received the order but it was leaking through the packaging and through the bubble wrap. As a result, we've lost a bit of the product, which is a real shame given the cost. I'm not sure if there is anything you can do about this order (ideally, I'd love a small refund to account for the lose) but in future, you should re-visit packaging and the way its sent to customers to avoid leakages.”

“Super efficient service as my order arrived so quickly. The shampoo is the best I've found to reduce the risk of matting and also has a delicate fragrance which is not overpowering and the price is very reasonable. Very happy overall. Thank you.”

“Good product range I bought a new work coat after my old one from your company got old and worn it lasted multiple years cannot fault it only thing is that the zipper on the new pink isn’t the same as the badge compared to old”

“Ordered a few items from here as I have done in the past. Most of it was ok but the clippers I ordered were in an already opened box with all the seals broken. I paid full price for this so was not happy. Sending them back for a ‘new’ replacement.”
