“The service and delivery is good and the order arrived promptly. I am happy with shampoos and conditioners. My only disappointment is with the sizing of the workwear. I can be a medium in one style and an XL in another. This stops me ordering workwear as it is a pain to return and exchange.”

Thank you for your review. We are really sorry to hear you are disappointed with the sizing of the work wear. Depending on the item of clothing, the sizing might slightly differ from one manufacturer to the next, but the sizing guides for each product online, are accurate. However, we will pass your comments back to the manufactures as feedback and of course, if any product you purchase is not suitable for whatever reason, you can return this to us within 14 days of receipt. “Really quick delivery, But I wanted to send my product back. as I wanted a different one and it was far too expensive to send back and also would off had to pay delivery again. So definitely don't think I will be purchasing much more from Groomers”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our returns policy. In the event, a product isn't suitable or is no longer required for whatever reason, the customer has a 14 day window to return the goods to us. Once received we would issue a full refund, but we do not cover the cost of getting the goods back to us. However, in the event a product arrives damaged or defected, we would ask that the customer sends us a photo via email and once this has been received, we would of course, cover the cost of postage by either providing a prepaid returns label or arrange for a courier to collect. “First time order . Ordered wrong item on checking my email , phoned up and this very helpful guy cancelled the wrong item ordered and tried to order the item wanted but was out of stock . He checked item and told me they were due to be delivered . Very helpful”
