“Fantastic product ordered the crown coat shampoo and it smells lovely and leaves the coat super soft. Delivery was next day and packaged very well. I have bought a few things from Groomers before and will continue to do so again.”

“Well as my goods haven’t arrived yet it’s a bit difficult to give a review . It’s over a week since I ordered and nothing ! How much longer ? I’m not a happy 🐰 !!!”

Dear Marion, Thank you for your review. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience that has been caused. The email you have received is automated and up until now, we were unaware that your goods had not arrived. We can confirm that the goods were dispatched from our warehouse when they should have been, but we will be contacting the courier to investigate what has happened. In the meantime, we shall be sending a replacement order via DPD express delivery. As a gesture of goodwill, we will also be refunding the postage that was originally. “We ordered a grooming table for my daughter to use at home for her two poodles, one toy and one standard. She is a professional dog groomer and works in a salon. Our enquires on the product and warranty were answered with professional responses by you most helpful staff members, giving us confidence to place our order with your company. The table was delivered on the day discussed, and we are very pleased with the product.”

“I have been using the groomers coat king tool for app. 3 years, on my 2 German Shepherds. I would never look for an alternative as these are the most thorough grooming tool around. Easy to use and the dogs do not move so they must feel the benefit of them.”
