“I have 2 Lhasa Apso dogs and have used Groomers products for some years having previously been 'owned' by several Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, they all need good grooming routines and quite frankly, especially with the Lhasa's I don't know how I would cope without the Evening primrose spray that I use almost every day ( I keep my girls in full coat ) and the Anti tangle spray that I use a couple of times a week, none of these products build up in the coat and they keep the coat in such good condition, people always comment on how good the girls smell and how gorgeous their coat feels. When they need bathing I use the Evening primrose shampoo and conditioner which smells lovely and conditions the coat beautifully with no static. I have always been impressed with the range of products available and yes I suppose some things can be rather expensive but they do last and are such good quality I cant complain about that. Overall I would say I am very happy and always recommend their products to other dog owners and a friend who owns two Persian cats has always been grateful that I pointed her in Groomers direction for sprays to help her with their coats.”

“I was very disappointed that the free postage banner on the website hid the unless you spend.... I also found adding in a useless spray without asking me was annoying clearly that made you qualify for the free postage but it was very unclear.”

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. As you have ordered on a mobile phone, the size, display and general layout does differ from what you would see on a PC and we apologise if you feel you have been misled in anyway. Delivery is free for all orders over £85. Your order on this occasion was a little short of this figure. We were also running a promotion, which was to receive a free Pet Remedy spray, for orders over £75, which in this case, was something you qualified for and this was added to your basket automatically with no value applied to it. Despite removing this from your basket, we have since spoken to you and we dispatched one to you separately , which we understand you have received. “Groomers Online have been really helpful. I have spoken to them on the telephone and received good advice and ordering was easy. The only think I would caution is that I have now made a number of ordered and each time I have found DPD to be less than helpful when it comes to delivery. Although not groomers online's 'fault', it is very frustrating when you have paid for delivery.”
