“Very unprofessional - took my order and payment but then sent me an email 7 days later to say that they could not deliver outside of mainland UK. This was not clear on their website and there should have been no way that an order for the EU could and should have been taken if they can't deliver.”

“I recently purchased a shampoo which unfortunately had leaked in transit. The shampoo was replaced quickly and without any issues after a few short emails. All products prior to this have always come in great condition and I continue to use groomers products for their reliability and high standards.”
