I was very disappointed with groomers online for my last order. I purchased the heiniger clipper and only received what I think is half the product. In my view a clipper should come with the charger, this was not the case. I only received the clipper and no charger or extra battery. I also didn't state when looking at the item that these thing weren't included. very disappointed and it puts me off buying from groomers online in the future. I run a business and expect to receive a good quality product. Also the clippers were sent in an envelope were they could have easily been damaged, a lot of money was spent on them and groomers online couldn't have even sent them in a protective packaging or box.

The description of the product on our website, stated in bold, that this product did not come with a battery pack. This was because it was a "pre-loved item" which was why the cost was heavily reduced. If you would like to return the item, we would be more than happy to provide you with a full refund. Fast delivery, items ok but customer service awful, I have emailed them twice about a problem since my delivery on Monday and heard nothing, so I will be returning the scissors and not be replacing them, I have ordered from another company.

Took delivery of my order this week, always very pleased with groomers but a small issue. I bought 2 of the Julie Harris sprays, one of which wouldn’t spray. I ordered 2 so I could have one in my bag and one at home, but unfortunately I’ve got to wait for one to finish before I can swap the sprays over. I fiddled with the trigger spray so it’snot Possible to return. I did send an email yesterday to customer services explaining my problem, but have had no reply.

I always find Groomers difficult to deal with. I didn't get a product on a previous order, Groomers said it was something to do with because I paid by Paypal. I placed a recent order, well I say recent, 23rd September. It said standard delivery, and payment accepted, but I am still waiting for the delivery a week later. I have had no communication to say there is a problem. I have started using Christies and Burtons.

The ordered book was perfect - the postage of £6.70 was a joke for a 48hr+ service. No good to me though !,

Oderd a scissors online said it was in stock, had a message left on my answer phone saying out of stock will give refund, would rather have talked to someone to discuss this matter not really good customer service

I would love to write a review on the products I ordered and paid for but unfortunately they have yet to arrive a week later and I have also not had a reply to my email regarding the fact they have not arrived. Lets hope your response to my email when you have time rectifies the problem, funny how you have time to send me emails regarding other products and request for reviews but I would be more impressed with the arrival of the products.

Whilst the ordering process was simple and the delivery was quick, the customer service is appalling. I have phone and was told someone would call me back. placed and order and emailed and still have heard nothing, happy to take your money but not to sort problems.

Ordered express delivery to arrive the next day, but we waited 3 days, rang and was told it was being delivered that evening. Nothing arrived so had to chase again. eventually parcel arrived. The item we ordered was fine but the service was extremely poor

The first package sent was poorly packed and arrived broken. Customer services responded quickly to my email and a second package was delivered intact but the wrong item

My order came to £160 & they did contact me to say the shampoo I ordered wasn't in stock so they would refund me & the refund did appear in a timely fashion. The items sent were packed a little haphazardly, luckily nothing was damaged (despite the too the descaler having fallen out of its packet). My biggest bugbear was that I phoned before I placed the order to check that the clippers I had ordered came with the metal combs, not plastic. I was assured they came with metal. When I opened the box I had been misinformed, the clippers had plastic combs. I was really annoyed as I would have ordered additional metal combs. To order them now I would have to pay for p&p as the order will be less than £100. Staff need to be trained better in what they sell.

Order submitted 17th May at 21 27. Express delivery paid. Obviously, I needed it quickly. Still not received by 21st May. Phoned and received return call from Ashleigh in sales. not sure what has happened but should receive goods tomorrow, 22nd May, 5 days after initial order. Poor!

We have two orders which we are waiting for one ordered over a month ago and then reordered over two weeks ago and the other order nearly two weeks ago. Could you please let me know when these items will be received Many thanks Annette Kezourecx

I have only just received my order so am unable to say how well the clippers work. It took a long time for my order to be delivered, and when i called Groomers to check on its progress it seemed this was normal practice. I probably wouldn’t order from Groomers again

I placed an order online on Tuesday 29th March after a discussion with Mark and was informed that as my order would be submitted at lunch time it would be delivered the day after or the following day. I rang on the second day as I had not received my goods to be informed that my goods would not be delivered until the following Tuesday. Due to it being Good Friday I could not have next day deliver but was promised it in the Saturday. The order did not arrive on the Saturday but on Tuesday 3rd April instead. This delivery was urgent as I had damaged a pair of scissors and had no spare (I was working Good Friday and Saturday). Order arrived today and I have not received an invoice with my goods just a dispatch note. Can I add that Mark was very good over the phone and he seemed helpful. I would have given 3 stars had I received an invoice which I will now have to ring up for. Jacqui

I was assured delivery would be Tuesday 3rd so arranged for someone to be with me to help with the delivery. In the end had to ring only to find out not on the lorry and now am told will be delivered tomorrow !!!!! Not happy at all wasted time and I would have been left all day if I had not contacted myself Poor service
