I placed an order online on Tuesday 29th March after a discussion with Mark and was informed that as my order would be submitted at lunch time it would be delivered the day after or the following day. I rang on the second day as I had not received my goods to be informed that my goods would not be delivered until the following Tuesday. Due to it being Good Friday I could not have next day deliver but was promised it in the Saturday. The order did not arrive on the Saturday but on Tuesday 3rd April instead. This delivery was urgent as I had damaged a pair of scissors and had no spare (I was working Good Friday and Saturday). Order arrived today and I have not received an invoice with my goods just a dispatch note. Can I add that Mark was very good over the phone and he seemed helpful. I would have given 3 stars had I received an invoice which I will now have to ring up for. Jacqui
