My order came to £160 & they did contact me to say the shampoo I ordered wasn't in stock so they would refund me & the refund did appear in a timely fashion. The items sent were packed a little haphazardly, luckily nothing was damaged (despite the too the descaler having fallen out of its packet).
My biggest bugbear was that I phoned before I placed the order to check that the clippers I had ordered came with the metal combs, not plastic. I was assured they came with metal. When I opened the box I had been misinformed, the clippers had plastic combs. I was really annoyed as I would have ordered additional metal combs. To order them now I would have to pay for p&p as the order will be less than £100. Staff need to be trained better in what they sell.
