“As I write this review and 8 days later, I am still waiting for my order. The order status still says, we will be processing your order to begin the despatch shortly. When I call you you stated that my order has been dispatched. So when will I get it. Not happy”

Thank you for your review. Please accept our sincere apologies for this delay and for any inconvenience that has been caused. The goods were indeed, dispatched the very same day you placed the order and ordinarily, the delivery service is 2-3 working days. Having tracked the order, it appears the courier have potentially lost the parcel but failed to inform us. Therefore, we will be taking this up further with the courier to investigate what has happened, but in the meantime, we will arrange for a member of our team to contact you this morning, to arrange sending a replacement order.
