“Ordered 5ltr Advocado & Cucumber Conditioner on Friday 21 December 2019 with a delivery date of 5 - 7 working days. Was very pleasantly surprised for it to be delivered the very next day on Saturday 22 December 2019. Excellent service as well as being an excellent product. Just wish more companies were ss efficient.”

“These small trimmers are absolutely great for getting to delicate places or cutting matts from cats who are either too old to clean themselves well, to small dogs. My vet used these on my elderly cat. I even clipped my dogs legs with the small clipper attachment and pads of feet which are usually too sensitive. The only issue is with the attachment comb where it can build up hair and then has to be slid off and put back on after the fur is removed. Almost silent , very small, yet an amazing item! Well worth every penny .”

“'Showtech' pin brush! Absolutely a must have for our shih-tzu's grooming needs! Use the product daily prior to comb work.Fantastic tool that eradicates knots easily..Just would not be without! Highly recommend for fine haired/long coated breeds!”

“Awful. I ordered a cat spray and got sent dogs treat and a dog ear product. Not sure how they managed to mess that up. My first time ordering as well so it's put me right off. Not the first experience you'd like to recieve! They gave me a refund which was good but still expect me to send the products back out of my own time, even though they was the ones to mess up. Which adds to the annoyance. Will never order from here again.”

We offered to send a replacement spray and advised that you could keep the items that were received in error, as a gesture of goodwill. However, instead, you requested a full refund. “I only ever use groomers because they deliver so quickly. I live in the highlands of Scotland and sometimes wait for ages For other companies to deliver. Which is useless when you’re trying to run a business and stock is running low. Thank you groomers”
