“Choosing is easy; the range is good. The delivery takes almost a week and postage costs a fortune! Free Next day delivery is what we get used to. I forgot something so made two orders on the same day. Paid over £10 delivery and waited days for delivery. Charge for postage delivery next day”

Thank you for your review. We are really sorry to hear you feel this way. We offer free delivery for orders over £85.00, but unfortunately, your order did not come to this value, which was why you have paid a postage fee. The order itself, was placed online after our 2pm cut off on Friday 20th and therefore, the goods were dispatched the next working, which in this case, was Monday 23rd. Upon tracking the order, this was delivered on Wednesday 25th, which would be within the standard 2-3 working day delivery service. “Expensive p and p. Parcel arrived reboxed with sticker saying TNT resealed.Address label cut off original box and stuck on new box. Mixing bottle was missing and shampoo leaked inside box. They kindly sent another mixing bottle but said nothing about the leaked shampoo. When I compared to the online photo the shampoo should have been right up to the handle. Waiting to hear if I should send this back or if they will send the missing shampoo that must have leaked through the original packaging! Wastes time for something that’s so expensive.”
