“Excellent service as Royal Mail delivered my order to the wrong house. Customer services were on it as soon as l contacted them and they kept me informed each time they had an update. The parcel was collected from the wrong delivery house and arrived the next day. I was reassured by Thomas that if it could not be re delivered they would send out a replacement pair of grooming scissors. Well done Groomers excellent customer service.”
