“Sadly delivery let them down. Scheduled for a delivery Friday between 9am and 5pm. Waited in all day. No delivery. Called at 5pm no answer. Saturday morning as we are about to go out the lorry arrives. The driver explains there was problem at the depot and they should have called us. Very disappointing to have not been informed of these changes. We are very pleased with the dog grooming bath ordered. It was well packed and although not used yet appears to be good quality. Such a shame their customer service side is so poor. Unlikely to use the company again now”

I am sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order, I have checked the shipment notes and unfortunately we were not made aware of a delay by the pallet company and therefore could not pass on this information to yourself. “As a dog Walker with up to 3 or 4 Labradors getting in and out of my car and house at any one time these groomers cloths have been a game changer. Saves a fortune in not continuously washing towels too 😀”

“Some cheaper options which is great, especially the 50% off at check out. One of the sensitive shampoos I ordered didn’t mention it had tea tree in it. If I had known, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it and I don’t want to return it because I will have to pay.”

“Find postage quite a lot for small things. Can it not be on what u have as can't always afford to spend £100. Sometimes u only need a couple of small things and need before a big order. Also ordered them next day had money off which is frustrating. Even a few pounds makes a difference.”

“Brilliant service online, I didn’t have time to chat with the girls on Dorwest stand at crufts but phoned my order in the following day. They found my account in no time at all, answered all my questions added my purchasers points and received my order in 2 days. Brilliant…. You don’t get service like this everywhere x”
