“This little nail grinder is just perfect for my Freddie. He’s always hated having his nails clipped. They are extremely quiet and he’s so much more relaxed with this one compared to others I have tryed to use. The fact they are rechargeable is great, but can also be used plugged in too. Great design, sturdy and hopefully will last. If Freddie could talk I’m sure he would say the same. Thank you from both of us.”

“The products I have no complaint. However, when I purchased three products, they went through to the shopping trolley, then I continue to pay via PayPal, and all my personal details. However, I was shocked to see that my payment went through with an additional 20% VAT charge. I purchase a variety of many items online, and this way of pricing which apparently excludes the VAT, is a first for me. The product price fails to state that there is an additional VAT charge. I can see nowhere on your website alongside each product price that there is an additional 20% charge for the VAT. It was too late to cancel my order which meant I paid an additional £13.80. For that reason I'm awarding you one star only and it's a lesson learned.”

“Very happy with the ordering process & delivery. I have recently purchased an inexpensive grooming table for my 7 month Tibetan terrier and it is a game changer. She ‘gets it’ time for grooming and the tools purchased through Groomers on Line just make the job a lot more efficient and our puppy seems to like the tools and the way I’m using them. Excellent!”

“Prompt delivery, I'm am only a pet owner who has two newfoundlands that require a haircut. Nice looking scissors, in a protective case, felt good to handle and extremely sharp. Very pleased hope they last, plus there was instructions on usage and care, which I found helpful. Can notice the difference from the cheap scissor I have bought previously.”
