“I contacted Groomers Online regarding a set of Andis dog clippers I bought from them that had failed a few short months out of the one year guarantee. They responded very quickly with a resolution offering 10% off another set. As they weren't obliged to do that I was pleased with the outcome. Quick delivery too.”
