“The green house we bought is robust and reasonably straightforward to build. The plastic panels were quite hard on the hands to install. I'm very pleased with the finished thing though. It arrived the day after we had arranged delivery which was annoying - a wasted day waiting in.”

“Not too difficult to assemble. Gloves are a must as all components have sharp edges. Fixing to a firm base is also important to give the structure some rigidity. I did replace some fixings for Pop Rivets on the door assembly. would buy again if need arises”

“Despatch was not as promised but delivery quickly resolved once supplier notified. The actual lean to green house was exactly as described. The fitting and installation took some time and understanding as none of the components are pre-assembled but most have identifying marks, allow half a day minimum! Getting it square and aligned correctly so door and windows work was tricky but it was all rigid and secure once final tightening completed.”

“I ordered my greenhouse by telephone the staff were very helpful and the delivery was swift. The only problem was the installation instruction manual. The boxes had been stored outside and we had heavy rain. when i opened the boxes the manual was so wet i could not seperate the pages. It would be a better idea to seal them in plastic.”

“Great product, instructions not particularly clear especially with glass provided not marrying that which is explained. However, still simple enough to work out. The clips to secure the glazing are fiddly and painful to instal and aren't necessary if you have the PVC finishing kit. The instructions don't explain that its one or the other. So, bare that in mind before you try and complete the instal. Overall, extremely pleased with the finish.”

“Greenhouse stores did not telephone with a delivery date,I had to contact them. The instructions to assemble the greenhouse need to be improved. There was no glass plan for toughened glass included. I had to telephone for further advice on how the glass panels where fitted, there was also a small chip on one of the long panels, I have spoken with Vitavia and they have advised that if the panel cracks they will reimburse me for the cost of replacing the panel.”

“I purchased a Vitavia 2500. Product came from manufacturers and there was a considerable delay. Too long. I also was told I would get a hinged door but greenhouse came with sliding door. Not an issue, so to be fair I have not contacted the firm. Apart from that quality of greenhouse is good, but the instructions are poor with a few mistakes. I've put a few greenhouses up in my time. Why dosent anyone get who ever writes the instructions try them out by building one? Anyway enough said I've got to go and water my greenhouse etc.”

“I was given lots of advice to help me to choose the best model for my requirements and location. However, despite describing the installation as being on concrete - and this LEAN-TO GREENHOUSE - I was still talked into buying a base "to stabilise the structure" - if its fixed to the wall and on concrete, its stable enough - waste of £50. If I hadn't unpacked the entire consignment, you would have had it back and a refund requested. Hard sell !”
