“Quick, effecient and friendly ordering, service and delivery which was very punctual. A good value for money greenhouse which had all the components and was fairly straight forward to construct. Included staging and automatic roof openers.”

“The only reason I didn't give very good is the instructions are not very clear unless you are an experienced greenhouse constructor.”

“The service was very good and all the equipment I ordered was delivered as ordered. the only drawback I could mention was that one of the items, an automatic window opener came with poor instructions. I assembled it by looking at the picture on the box. Even then there were no instructions as to how to adjust it. Regards Eric Smith”

“The greenhouse frame went together well but it was difficult to see from the instructions how some parts fitted together. The gasket was difficult to fit onto bead until it warmed the gasket warmed in the sun. Glazing went well until fitting the final piece of glass in the back at the top and the glass appears to have been cut too tightly. It would be useful to have a couple of spare nuts, bolts and 458s!”

“It's the first time I've used a greenhouse with plastic instead of glass and it seems a bit flimsy. There is a certain amount of condensation as well - even with the vent open, However, I expect it's just getting used to a different product. It looks the part anyway!”

“This is an extremely good value for money product and I am very pleased with the results now I have it installed in my garden, difficult to find anything to criticise given the price and delivery service. If you wanted to be very picky you could say that the assembly instructions could be clearer. However if you take your time it does all work out OK and I for one am very pleased with my purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending this product to any who are interested.”

“If you are not mechanicaly inclined or do not read drawings very good then i would not buy one. However i am and i can, but it still took me some time to erect. It is now finished and i am very pleased with it.”

“The service was good with one exception. I was not told on ordering the 2 tier staging in green was on backorder and would not be delivered with the greenhouse I only found out this information on delivery of the greenhouse and was informed by Vitavia the staging would be delivered within 2 weeks and as of today (14/04/2015) has not arrived. I have had no communication from Greenhouse Stores and as their Customer I am a little disappointed they have not informed me directly about the missing staging.”

“I found the service rather like the curate's egg,-good in parts.The purchase of the greenhouse my wife and I chose was quickly and efficiently delivered. and as it was a fairly large greenhouse I paid for it to be erected, I assumed on delivery. The moral in making purchases is not to assume anything.The fact of the matter was that the greenhouse could not be erected for three weeks after it had been delivered.Had this possibility been pointed out to me when I ordered the greenhouse, I may have been tempted to look elsewhere. J.G”

“bought a 7x7 corner summerhouse. very good value for money. one or two issues with the instructions and some measurement adjustments needed but overall a good buy. dont attempt to put it up yourself unless your very competent. some issues include using 30mm screws to connect a total of 27mm of wood = blood on fingers!”

“It is a large meccano kit but the instructions are generally very good. a couple of issues that could easily be addressed:- 1. there are no spare nuts and bolts i.e. you are pretty much given the correct number. if you over tighten, they snap. In particular you should be given extra spares for the ones that are required after the greenhouse has been built i.e. the ones that slot into the partition grooves and turn. 2. i ordered the louvre vent with automatic opener. i had to extend the cut out for the screw fittings otherwsie it was too tight and the vents didn't open and close correctly. All in all pleased but these seemingly minor points are important and could easily be addressed.”
