“Delivery great not put it up yet planning to do so at Easter still waiting for seed tray stand but they did say it would arrive later and not seen the louvre vent as promised as one of freebies hopeing it's packed in with the glass! Will let u know if not thanks”

“The service,price, delivery and greenhouse all good. However the instructions need a serious look at and someone to comprehensively go through these and then test them out on an amateur trying to interpret them. This is the one thing that lets them down, but thankfully all is now up and waiting for the plants to go in.”

“Details of construction could be clearer, maybe photographs as well as the instructions would help. Mine is now up and running thanks to a good friend who could understand the instructions better than me. We found the door quite difficult.”

“The online ordering went well, the delivery was prompt, so no problems there. I actually ordered a Hall's Cold Frame 4 x 2 with toughened glass, a couple of problems were the usual lack of clear instructions to assemble the cold frame, especially the lid, that was quite tricky. Two pieces of the aluminium frame had holes drilled in the wrong place, so these had to be re-drilled, not sure who's responsible for the quality control here. Lastly it's impossible to check for damage etc, before signing for the consignment, as the driver is not prepared to wait around while you inspect every nut and bolt etc!”

“Delivery was within the time stated and communication relating to date and time efficiently organised. Erection of the greenhouse went smoothly though you need to be fairly good at DIY to carry it out. There were no pieces missing, everything was as it should be. My husband has carried out his task by building it, now I have to carry out my task by making things grow well in it!!”

“WE could have done with more information regarding the actual delivery as we didn't want it coming to our house but to a small holding nearby, which doesn't have an actual address. Once we phoned Greenhouse Stores they could not have been more helpful, in fact the driver arrived very soon after we had spoken to them and was brilliant. We are still putting it together as commitments and weather have stopped us doing this as soon as we would have liked, but so far - no problems. Thank you for your service”

“Very pleased with my greenhouse, however a few issues with the instruction leaflet, some vital stages missed off, which meant dismantling a few parts to correct. The delivery was prompt courteous and helped us place the packages safely, would recommend on price, quality and service so far, thank you”

“No problems with delivery,quality of product etc-all first class. My major beef is the complexity of the erection process-I didn't count how many individual bits there were-it seemed like thousands! For a novice to this sort of thing it was a frustrating , time consuming experience-some of the working diagrams were not particularly helpful when it came to erecting the greenhouse. Hopefully, all that is behind me now and I am looking forward to enjoying what seems to be a quality product.”

“The thought that 2 people could build this 10x6ft shed in 2 hours is mind blowing. My wife and I spent 11 hours spread over a weekend after we had laid a concrete base. The hardest part was to fix the roof and even now we have had to make do and mend in that some of the fixings required had to be adapted. the instructions for this part were unclear. However, so long as the roof does not blow away, we are very happy with the result especially as our fear of condensation problems were unfounded.”

“Greenhouse was delivered on time and all parts were there. Building instructions on the whole were good, only had to refer to the online video instruction once. Took about 2 days to erect an 8*6 greenhouse with 2 people.”

“The greenhouse has taken me, with help, about ten days to put together looks great. I'm a greenhouse novice so don't know what to expect. It's 6 x 8 Belmont Elite, doors stick a bit, but the technical advice from manufacturers was really helpful.”

“Greenhouse was delivered promptly and we received a phone call to ensure that the delivery date was convenient. The construction team did not arrive as early as we had been told but given the distance they had to travel that time was unrealistic. Construction was done efficiently and it appears to have been well built. Our only complaint was that they did not clear away the rubbish when they had finished.”

“Unfortunately parts of the wood in the package were slightly damp which not only made assembling the product a little difficult because the wood was slightly warped but also means the chicken house cannot be used immediately while it dries out and is treated. Otherwise I am happy with the product and it was relatively easy to assemble - although it could not be assembled easily by someone with limited strength.”

“Very easy to order and complete purchase, only down side was I had to wait longer than I expected to receive it. I've still to put it up so can't comment on quality of the item itself but from what I can see it looks good. Lets hope it goes up easily”
