“Did not arrive within 21 days but I put this down to the bank holiday the delivery driver was very helpful and put all the packages where I wanted them”

“Good service and withing the timing expected. Only improvement I would ask for is to have better online visibility of the order status and shipping/delivery dates. i had to call to arrange delivery after the item was ready since a few days and no notification had been sent to me.”

“Recently bought a 6x6 grow master advanced greenhouse. Takes awhile to put up but one erected does the job nicely. Well worth the money and thinking about getting one for another member of my family. Recently had extremely strong winds and withstood that nicely. Seeds growing well and only been in thee a week.”

“Would have liked the assembly instructions to have been clearer and also, the part number stampings on the framework were difficult to read and non existent on some components.”

“The greenhouse itself is good and serves its purpose very well. The instructions for assembly could have been better: the diagrams were sometimes confusing and more explanation would have helped. We wondered whether the actual design of the metal strips which form the frame was unnecessarily complex. We managed it without too much swearing, but felt it took a long time given the size of the item. However we look forward to long growing time in this greenhouse now it's complete.”

“Great item. Very well packaged. Hassle free ordering online. Delivered within stated time scale. Only slightly negative comment is that email was promised prior to delivery, this didn't happen and it was good luck that we were in!”

“Product well packed and parts marked by group. Had the greenhouse erected by person you advised and he made a good and detailed job of it. Only disappointment with it, is the lack of securing the door. Blows open in a not too strong a wind.”

“I would advise that you look over the build plans before you purchase.I was wrongly under the impression that the doors were on the shorter side. I would also be aware that you will need at least a wooden base. On saying all this although it seems a bit flimsy it has stood up to the recent winds well.”

“The delivery was at 6 am after I was told it would be late morning when I was informed the previous week. The installation was done on the Saturday and Sunday after I had to phone the supplier twice to find out when it would be done. The installation was done by David Kenny and was very good and did a first class job.”

“Everything arrives as ordered: Timescale had been given as three weeks for delivery, which was met, but is not the quickest delivery period! Very helpful deliver driver. Very pleased with the product. Well engineered and assembled fairly easily. Graphics in the instructions were OK but could have been even clearer.”

“Our lean to greenhouse looks great, delivery was on time. The only cause for concern was two of the pieces of shaped glass were the wrong size, these were sent again by courier but unfortunately the new glass would not fit. Again these were sent out again and we had to force these in to the frame. Otherwise I am extremely pleased with my new greenhouse.”

“Good and friendly service. Prompt useful answers to any questions. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly and the special offer I chose was very good value for money. Very good website for information and navigation. Part of the deal I ordered was let down by a Halls supplier but they were able to replace this with an alternative product with which I am very happy. I think Halls need a complete review on the construction and production of their instruction manuals and I am giving them detailed feedback on this. A big letdown on a great product.”
