“WE could have done with more information regarding the actual delivery as we didn't want it coming to our house but to a small holding nearby, which doesn't have an actual address. Once we phoned Greenhouse Stores they could not have been more helpful, in fact the driver arrived very soon after we had spoken to them and was brilliant. We are still putting it together as commitments and weather have stopped us doing this as soon as we would have liked, but so far - no problems. Thank you for your service”

“Although I have not yet finished assembling the greenhouse I have been very impressed with the way the order and delivery was handled. The greenhouse components are strong and very good quality however I am finding the instructions for erection a little difficult to follow as the diagrams are not very clear. “The service has been fantastic! We were called with the date of the delivery and the driver came with a cheery smile. The driver was very helpful and helped store the glazing in the place we asked. We previous bought a greenhouse from another supplier who refused to deliver the glazing anything beyond the end of the pathway, so I was delighted when the driver had no problem with placing it at the side of the house! 10/10 for customer service!”

“Excellent service. I bought a Eden Regent green aluminium polycarbonate. It came with a free cold frame ( glass broken but can be replaced free) auto vent and louvre window. Very easy to erect. The rubberised glazing strips however were virtually impossible to fit. Poor design feature.”

“No problems with delivery,quality of product etc-all first class. My major beef is the complexity of the erection process-I didn't count how many individual bits there were-it seemed like thousands! For a novice to this sort of thing it was a frustrating , time consuming experience-some of the working diagrams were not particularly helpful when it came to erecting the greenhouse. Hopefully, all that is behind me now and I am looking forward to enjoying what seems to be a quality product.”

“We were told that it was a 2day job to erect the greenhouse - NOT SO! We are well used to assembling things, but the instructions were TRULY APPALLING. I had read reviews that they were poor, but smugly assumed that the reviewers were inexperienced! However, it took 2 very able men 5 days to do it , and we ended up paying more for labour than we did for the greenhouse! We had to have iPad next to us with updated instructions, that still had no clear diagrams or instructions. The glazing instructions were atrocious and one large pane was accidentally broken - more expense! Although the greenhouse is a nice one, I can't honestly say that I would recommend it. SO DISAPPOINTING, and ultimely SO EXPENSIVE!”

“The thought that 2 people could build this 10x6ft shed in 2 hours is mind blowing. My wife and I spent 11 hours spread over a weekend after we had laid a concrete base. The hardest part was to fix the roof and even now we have had to make do and mend in that some of the fixings required had to be adapted. the instructions for this part were unclear. However, so long as the roof does not blow away, we are very happy with the result especially as our fear of condensation problems were unfounded.”

“Greenhouse was delivered on time and all parts were there. Building instructions on the whole were good, only had to refer to the online video instruction once. Took about 2 days to erect an 8*6 greenhouse with 2 people.”
