“When you live in Northern Ireland it's not unusual to be penalised when it comes to delivery costs but GS treated me as if I'm in the UK, which I am, with free delivery. This and the free staging made the purchase very competitive and great value for money. I have a minor complaint in that the guaranteed date of 21 days runs from the manufacturer confirming the order, not GS, and the massive delivery lorry couldn't make the turn up my lane, despite oil tankers doing so. My neighbour fortunately was very accommodating but it was a bit of trial. The instructions for my Halls 8x6 were pretty awful but we managed. I do think a help sheet with hints would be invaluable to complete novices. As I had a previous greenhouse I was able to work things out and knew for instance to soak the rubber trim in hot water to take out the inevitable packing kinks. There was one small broken corner of the front gable apex glass but considering the distance travelled etc this was hardly surprising. The door screws were totally unsuitable, snapping off or shearing no matter what tool we used, but replacement harder, shorter ones with decent heads sorted this. These minor complaints really need to be addressed by the manufacturer not GS. Overall I am absolutely delighted with the finished product and would happily recommend your company to other NI purchasers.”

“Shed/potting shed is great, 2 snags, first the door lock doesn't work, I've been told how to correct this( but this is not easy on my own), second snag, when it rains there is a leak somewhere which leaves a puddle on the floor. Apart from these 2 things its pretty good.”

“Be aware that the 3ftx3ft greenhouse is actually 3ft3" x3ft3". I had to have the base enlarged. I also had to have a pane of glass cut just below the window fitting as it wouldn't fit properly and the window wouldn't shut. Otherwise it is good.”

“It's a pity that there was a mixup with the glass delivery for my greenhouse and as I rely on a son to help on his day off with the erection and we had hoped to get the construction done before the weather broke for the winter. Now we will have to wait until the spring and I will not have the benefit of the covered natural light sheltered area to over winter my tender plants and to plant out seeds for an early start next year. Appreciating that errors and mix ups happen to a percentage of orders is what keeps the fifth star in reserve until the flatpack finally matures into my Lean to Greenhouse. “Greenhouse were very good indeed as for the garage two days to put up try a week on a 20 by 10 and a dozen tubes of mastic to stop it leaking and several additional fittings to get the thing to fit to gather and now my hair has re grown after pulling it out trying to decipher the instructions fairly happy I can now store my bit and bobs in there.”

“Cheap and great service. But the instructions were very hard to understand. I would read them twice if I knew. Good quality and remember that it you order say a 6 by 4 it actually is a few inches bigger. Lucky I made by base too big for my 8 by 6 one”

“The service was good. I am pleased with the greenhouse although the instructions were not particularly clear with photographs of sections instead of diagrams and they were too blurred and dark also some instructions and diagrams were omitted for the final section. However it has gone together with some intuition and looks great.”
