“Delivery was from source supplier so apart from discussing options and ordering with Greenhouse and receiving assembly instruction interaction was minimal. Expectation was suggested at 21 days. Did not get contact until day 20 and request was to deliver on day 28 which was not possible. I had to call supplier to chase next option, but only delivery to my area was on a Friday which was day 35. Product arrived in a single package of about 150 kg - well done to driver who had to manhandle off vehicle and deliver to rear of property. Construction delayed by poor weather - do not try in windy weather. Instruction manual daunting to look at but goes down to fine detail and if followed works well. Feels flimsy in construction but gets more secure as building progresses and feels solid as the roof trusses are added. Product itself? Only time will tell for durability but I am pleased with the shed having achieved my immediate requirements for capacity and have to admit it looks good. Plastic expansion anchors certainly needed silicon to waterproof and the window needs to be sealed as well”

“The company itself seems very good. Easy to order from the website and helpful when you speak on the phone. The only downside is the courier service they use. My greenhouse came in 3 separate packages that were delivered one at a time in spite of them being chased up often. That meant waiting in for a delivery 3 times instead of once! Frustrating to say the least! The greenhouse itself isn't up yet so I cannot comment on that, but if all is well then it should be good value for money.”

“Greenhouse wonderful and well worth Asking Paul to put it up. Ordering was excellent and the advice great. There was a mixup worth delivery as I hadn't been told - a message was left on the wrong ansaphone! The first person a Greenhouse Stores was really helpful but the second person I spoke was most inflexible and unhelpful - delivery was scheduled for the one hour I had to be out and the driver wouldn't wait. Fortunately the driver was excellent and was flexible and nothing was too much trouble so it was delivered okay. I just didn't need the hassle. If it hadn't been for the one person the whole experience would have rated 10.”

“Very pleased with my purchase, clear concise instructions, build quality is very good. I would recommend this product to friends and family. Only complaint the delivery was 2 weeks later than instructed with no contact from seller, I had to chase them for a delivery date and when the delivery turned up there was only one person trying to unload/deliver it, there was no way he could do it alone. Good job my son and I was here to help him.”

“The product arrived well packed and complete. Installation was not as straight forward as it might have been as some of the hand drawn illustrations were hard to interpret. Some photographs of key stages would have helped to show what it should look like. That said it's up and doing its job.”

“Office staff friendly and helpful they recommended an excellent video to help with putting shed up which was done easily. Shed panels are thinner than I expected but at the price we paid not bad value at all. Delivery driver also efficient (they have their own vehicles & drivers so everything arrives undamaged etc.) Would buy again from this company. Shed made in Australia by the way not China.”

“The greenhouse arrived on time in 2 relatively small packages. I was surprised they weren't bigger and heavier! The greenhouse was easy to build following the instructions. I built it on my own so it doesn't have to be a "2 man job". I made sure I anchored it down with pegs and am very pleased with it. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want a glass greenhouse.”

“Excellent product, went together easily and is a quality product. I would definitiely recommend the red cedar wood greenhouses. Delivery was quick and when promised. Unfortunately two of the sheets of glass were the wrong size and one of the gutter fittings was missing. To compound this, when the replacements arrived they only sent one sheet of glass, despite the despatch note correctly stating there should have been two! However a second replacement arrived the following day. All that said, would I recommend this company? Yes, I would. The products and price are good, delivery is when promised, and their customer care people were very helpful, apologetic and easy to deal with when there was a problem. So despite the minor problems, a thumbs up from me.”

“I echo the comments from others regarding the instructions, they are not clear enough for the average DIY assembly. It took 2 of us all day to just get the frame together, no poly was put in until the second day, then there was the problem of which way round do the plastic strips go, the ones on the sliding door had to be held in with clear weather proof outdoor sealant. To complete the job as we were not on a completely level surface we finished off by sticking UPVC profile around the bottom edges of the base to give a nice cosmetic look, it's now completed and looking good. Ask me how it performs late spring 2016.”
