“Very pleased with the service and the product. Just one problem when the delivery driver said he was short of a pack of glass and that it would be with us in three weeks. This did not inconvenience us and true to his word the glass was with us at the stated time. I would recommend you in spite of this slip up.”

“My purchase of a LifeTime plastic shed proceeded very smoothly, spoiled only by the fact that it took 6 weeks to deliver. I'm not aware of any online facility to check progress, so I had to telephone to find out about the delay. However, office staff were very friendly and helpful, as was the delivery driver. The product is fine, though the apparently comprehensive instructions could be improved in some respects.”

“I ordered a LifeTime plastic shed. Regrettably it took almost 2 months to be delivered. This is not a reflection on Greenhouse Stores, as the delay was down to their supplier. Greenhouse Stores were very good in taking phone calls and chasing up the delayed item. It is a pity that it is their supplier that makes them look bad as all the dealings I had with them were very professional, courteous and very helpful.”

“I found this green house to be very well constructed, initial read through of instructions left me scratching my head. After some time i found all parts had tiny part no's on them and you matched these to diagrams.Everything went together perfectly with the exception of the flexi glass all of these panels were approx, 1cm to long and had to be trimmed to fit and seal properly. this was a massive job as they are easily prone to cracking and breaking. If these panels had been the correct size I would have no problem giving this greenhouse a 10 out of 10.”

“Ordering process was easy and i was contacted y the supplier to explain that there would be a delay in delivery due to a delay in the supply of the base. there was a further delay due to a problem with the carrier (lorry broke down). None of these can be blamed on Greenhouse Stores. The greenhouse itself was easy to erect with straightforward, well illustrated instructions and is a solid structure. Likewise with the staging etc which i ordered along with it. Only issue was that it was not clear on the website that the folding staging and shelf which came as part of the 'starter kit' could only be fitted in the centre of the end or side. i had intended to fit them both at the end of one side, so had to re-organise my plans to incorporate them. This could be clarified in the description. Overall, i am very pleased with the greenhouse and look forward to enjoying its use.”

“Very helpful and friendly customer support when contacted, but very slow delivery of greenhouse. No indication on the website that greenhouses are ordered from other company to be delivered by them. Took around 3 weeks, despite being a very popular greenhouse. Was also told that no signature would be required on delivery (I was at work). Fortunately I made it home for delivery, as a signature absolutely WAS required. Not great!”

“Erection of the greenhouse was a bit fiddly to be honest, and as it was being placed in an enclosed corner of the garden, some of the operations required all round access which made it tight. That said, I'm pleased with the finished product.”

“Greenhouse came quicker than expected. Driver had problems getting his cart with glass on up the kirb,also left the packs of glass lying flat and when we read instructions it said not to lie glass flat, but he was a nice friendly guy. Instructions for assembling the greenhouse were a total nightmare,lots of taking apart and rearranging pieces. But once together, very pleased with our greenhouse.”

“I liked the service & the garden room. Perhaps could be worded better to state that glass is not provided. Only one other suggestion that painting can happen before delivery be considered. I would happily have paid extra for this service, as you sell the exact colour of cuprinol that I used for it & my fence to blend in perfectly. It delays the final project. But am happy with everything overall.”

“I ordered the greenhouse for my mum for her birthday. It actually arrived on her birthday, which was a stroke of luck, myself, partner and dad set about putting it together on the following Saturday. It came very well packaged. Our only issue was the instructions could have been better as it was a book for several different models and you had to work out which one was which, generally speaking it could have been more helpful in the book. I would recommend mapping out each section on the floor first, and you need at least 2 people putting it together. Once built it is a very sturdy and robust greenhouse and we were very pleased with it, well worth the odd argument.”

“This product is very good value for money. Assembly was relatively simple, but I would allow 8-9 hours. The person helping my husband is very organised and in the building trade, but it still took them 81/2 hours to construct. Saying that, we grouped the components, which took a bit of time and is something I would recommend to anyone puuting together this product. The instructions were ok to follow, but in section 9 - roof assembly/parts required - the part labelled AFL is not included and so we missed its inclusion on p55. We managed to rectify this later on, when we reviewed section 9.”

“instructions could be more user friendly, i am a 74 year old retired joiner who has held supervisory positions on new build schools and public buildings. i found the drawings a bit frustrating. after building up the gables and sides and trying to attach them together i found that i had to slacken many of the bolts to reposition components- this could be avoided if there was a mark on the angle plates which would give the exact location of the corner posts and the rafters, the assembly of the doors was very confusiing taking several hours to assemble and fit them.having used the same type of runners on handmade kitchen units these were always used in the vertical situation not on flat as yours show. the weight of the doors fight against the ideal ajustment to get the leading edges to meet in the middle perfectly. apart from these points this is a good substantial greenhouse with many good features.”
