Early and flexible delivery with help to unload. Written assembly instructions would have really helped. Once assembled, it looks good.

Green house delivered well and on time only gripe quite a few floors in glass raised with vitavia direct twice with email both ignored so not happy with after sales. But not greenhouse stores problem unless they can help me resolve the issues. Regards Stephen gaines.

My husband put the metal shed up with help from me at times, as sometimes needed two people, in about five hours. the instructions were ok, he is a carpenter so thought someone with no diy experience may struggle a bit or take longer, generally pleased with it though.

The greenhouse is very good but the instructions to assemble, although in every language under the sun, were not very clear at all. I had to resort to youtube in the end and followed various instructions in various languages, getting there in the end. I am still struggling to fit the automatic window opener. Can you advise where to buy replacement glass as one has already broken ( lawn mower)

Great idea getting a green house but they don't tell you that you will never be able to put it together and if you get someone that can it will cost£140.00

My overall experience with this company has been pretty good. On the plus side the customer service lady was very helpful. On the negative side communication over delivery date was poor as they did not respond to my texts saying that I was on holiday on their proposed date. The worst thing was the delivery driver who was rude and abusive when I was trying to check that he had delivered all the items on the delivery paperwork.

Hi very pleased indeed guy who put it up was a bit grumpy and moaned about the concrete base not being level, but all is fine now and screed-ed into position to lock it in place. The instructions for the greenhouse screening were woefully lacking and did not work and resorted to doing it my way. I gave the guy who fitted the greenhouse extra money to build the tressels but he did not tell me that with bottom louvers you need to build it inside the greenhouse for it to fit, but all sorted now. The greenhouse now has 3 types of tomatoes, cumbers, chilli peepers and red peepers going in it, so pleased.

The product is fabulous ,the price is great and the installation man sent to erect our greenhouse was excellent , nothing was a drama for him and he did a great job. However I was told this was a busy time and it would be at least three weeks but I received no confirmation email after payment and had to ring three times trying to find what progress and then the fitter rang me to tell us he was now in possession of our house. No guarantee was ever sent.

We managed to erect this ourselves, and await the first winds as that has been the problem in the past it is full of tomato & cucumber plants, looking forward to the summer now

Good price. Delivered as agreed. However, one pane of glass was missing - phoned suppliers and they quickly agreed to send missing pane. Slightly disappointed that it took two weeks to arrive.

Very pleased with the shed although it was delivered with broken roof part. Installer was able to put it up but needs a new roof which entails taking the old one off. Hoping this dies not affect the reliability of the shed.

Vitavia 4500 was erected on 20 600x600 paving slabs drilled down with 30 concrete screws through the free base which was made more solid with a close fitting timber insert so that the concrete screws went through the whole base and paving slab. Followed the recommeded use of a glass clamp which made the tricky installation of the glass roof easy to manage. To add to the glazing clips liberal use of clear silicone sealant was used on the roof and sides and paticularly at the base to stop water ingress to the concrete screws. A 3cm Waterproofed angled water run off was cemented between the base and the slabs to further protect the screws. The Vitavia more than adds to the garden. It is very much the elegant focal point. Bespoke minimal gutterring has been added running to just one down pipe without noticeable change to the appearance.

A brilliant gree house once built. The instructions unfortunately are in Kilingon, unless you are Romulen they will be very difficult to understand. Delivery was not within promised period, but by the date instructions were received by manufacturers. So 3 days later than expected. Finished product well worth the problems.

The greenhouse is great. Building was time consuming. Photos would have been good.

A challenging build but I got there in the end

Erecting the green house took much longer than expected One had to be very careful that orientation of a piece was correct in the first place. Changing it was difficult

When the packages were delivered one of them was damaged, and a couple of parts were found, on inspection to be damaged. Following an email with attached photograph of the damage replacement parts were sent quite quickly. I had chosen to include a base with my greenhouse. Bolting the bottom rails to the base was extremely fiddly, involving a lot of kneeling from which my knees have still not recovered! The assembly instructions were clear with only a couple of lapses. The parts fitted well, in fact, in many cases they were quite tight. It would be good if the manufacturers recommended a safe lubricant to ease assembly. The hardest part of the assembly was the roof. With hindsight, it would have been a lot easier to assemble the roof - unglazed except for the end panels, and to have then lifted it and fitted it onto the sides, rather that to have to force the horizontal elements into place. Perhaps the manufacturer has reasons for not recommending this - I can see difficulties with larger models, and I would certainly not have been able to do it on my own. My shoulders have more or less recovered from this stage. I opted for an automatic opener for the roof window. This was not supplied with the correct fittings. There was another email and another wait for parts. Two points about the roof window. Firstly, It is not clear from the instructions which way round the glazing goes in it. (The glazing has an in-side and an out-side. ) Secondly, the window does need to be secured closed as the wind can lift it and blow it off, straining the hinge pieces. As I was missing the parts for the opener-fixing this happened to me. I had also opted for a louvre in one wall panel. With more hindsight it would have been better to fit this while assembling the side walls rather than to follow the instructions and cut one of the glazing panels from the assembled greenhouse. I now have concerns that the individual louvres are too easy to dislodge. I feel I may have to devise some form of reinforcement . The whole greenhouse is held together with small plastic pegs. This works well, once the simple tool supplied has been mastered. There were, however a few parts where the holes to take these pegs were missing and I needed to drill them out. I did pass these comments back to the manufacturer, but I have had no feedback from them, which is disappointing. There seem to be a lot of sellers asking for customer's feedback - about greenhouses for example - but it is sad that the communication is not bi-directional. Perhaps the seller's time is so much more valuable than the customer's!

Very pleased with the end result. My husband found it a challenge to put together. The instructions could have been better. Liz Warrington
