“items came swiftly. fitted and did the job. possibly could have been slightly cheaper.”

“Managed to construct it mainly on my own with help need when it came to the assembly of all the sections. Appeared to be short of rubber tubes when fitting the Perspex glass but would recommend the use of clear silicon also in all the joints to seal which also helps to dampen the Perspex glass from rattling in the wind. Overall of good construction and has survived a strong wind although in an exposed position. A neighbour of mine on the allotment site where it is constructed had his Perspex glass completely blow out during the strong winds but his windows did not slide into position as these ones do. Would recommend but don't rush to construct.”

“When I ordered the Shed on line I was informed that two days notice would be given before delivery. However, the shed was delivered on a Monday morning without any prior warning. Fortunately I was at home but if I had been out what would have happened?”

“Very pleased with both the service and the product. The only reason I did not give "very good" as a rating is because they only deliver to my area on certain days and not at weekends; I believe in this day and age all companies should deliver on either Saturday or Sunday, I would be very happy to pay a premium for weekend delivery.”

“First, sorry I took so long to reply to your request for a review. The garden bench has now been assembled and we are very pleased with the result. The only adverse comment I would make is that, I quote "the parts will click into place" had us puzzles until we, my husband and I realised that we had to use a lot of force to achieve this, with the result we spent more time figuring why the parts would not fit the first time we tried it. Hope this helps. Sheila Smeal.”

“I found the process of purchasing the greenhouse online easy and very informative. The phone call that I received to arrange delivery was polite and helpful and the greenhouse was delivered on the day that we had arranged. However the instructions were not very clear and were at times difficult to follow. There were three of us erecting the greenhouse and we are all experienced at D.I.Y . It took us a whole day to put the base and frame together and a further half day to put the seals and glass in. It was not always clear from the illustrations which way the frame parts should be facing., which made the process harder than it needed to be. Once the greenhouse staging and auto window opener was completed we were really pleased with the outcome. However I wanted to manage people's expectations of how long it really takes to put this all together from start to finish for the average man/woman on the street! Some of the feedback suggests all this can be completed in a couple of hours.”

“The order was processed quickly, but then it took longer than expected for delivery. However when I contacted the company they explained there had been a delay with the order and that it would be delivered the following week , and it was. Maybe you should have informed us about the delay/ When I ordered the shed I presumed it would be green in colour as in the picture on the web, and was disappointed to find it was silver. I guess I had missed the fact that I could order green or silver and I feel this was not clear on the website. Fortunately the shed is positioned at the side of the garage out of sight, so that is the reason we kept it. other than that disappointment we were satisfied.”

“My Greenhouse was delivered on time and the truck driver was very helpful . I opted to have the greenhouse erected for me ,the chap was also very helpful . I put together the two stagings , but found two pieces were missing, This was the only blip , on the hole very pleased .”

“The product was good. We did pay a premium to some extent so were glad the product lived up to this. All parts arrived in the agreed time and the communication was good from the company. Lots of bad reviews on DIY greenhouses on the internet generally really swayed our opinion to go with the above. I would recommend the company and the brand vitavia.”

“Well built and well thought out product. Very attractive in the green powder coat finish! The only thing that lets this product down is its instructions. Very brief and often confusing and in the wrong order. Left out installation of the rubber seals right until the end which wasn't a big deal but had to unbolt a few bars to attach fully. Also not sure if the product has been updated since or if it is because I ordered the toughened glass but the diagram at the end shows no resemblance to the glass I was sent with my greenhouse. One more thing, the base. I got this for free on offer before 31st March. Its three pieces of frame and a bag of nuts n bolts..... this is meant to be 125quid. lol!”

“Kept well informed and delivered as promised - very friendly, helpful and courteous driver. The greenhouse instructions are extremely poor, however, and it's proving really difficult to assemble. Drawn pictures are insufficient, sometimes they are impossible to understand, it's been really frustrating - they need to be supplemented by written instructions and photographs of the bigger picture as well as the detail. So, overall, disappointed with the greenhouse (which is not yet finished after many, many hours of working on it), but the company were efficient in terms of the order.”
