“I haven't erected the greenhouse yet, and just as well with the wind we've had! Arrived promptly and carefully handled and the driver was polite and helpful. Hopefully no problems when I get round to unpacking it.”

“Delivery was easy to arrange and carried out without a hitch. That was fine. My friend did the construction and luckily for me he is good at that sort of thing as the written instructions were rubbish to follow. The 'helpful' videos were so fast they weren't at at all helpful. The greenhouse, now constructed, is good. My friend says he wouldn't have a problem another time but he will probably never have to prove that. So full marks for ordering and delivery and finished greenhouse but rubbish instructions.”

“Delivery driver was friendly and helpful, and with the exception of the door runner wheels the greenhouse was in good order when received. The wheels problem was resolved following several emails.”

“Everything went smoothly building it in early December and I was delighted with its appearance. Already in use. I was very pleased. Update: however, this morning, after an Xmas break, my gardener discovered that 3 glass panes had shattered during one of the recent storms. I have had to order and pay for replacement panes and it transpires that it is necessary to padlock the door to prevent it opening in high winds. This is not mentioned in the assembling instructions.”

“Delivery was carried out efficiently. Driver had rung night before as delivery early a m. The actual time between ordering and delivery was longer than expected which led to a few problems with housing plants and the arrangement for the greenhouse being erected. My main disappointment not with Greenhouse stores but rather the quality of the Halls greenhouse compared with my older larger greenhouse which I was replacing.”
