“I managed to assemble the greenhouse on my own with the aid of a few planks of wood and was very pleased with the results. Every piece was there and fitted perfectly.”

“Great product. Very good value. However, the instructions need a serious edit. They are like trying to decipher the Rosetta Stone in places! A few words in addition to the diagrams would be extremely helpful. I could do this easily, as could every other constructor of this extremely decent greenhouse.”

“Product was better than expected, and the delivery was before the expected scheduled time. What more could I ask for. One downside though the nuts and bolts delivered with the item gave no room for any untapped threads in the nuts, and misaligned threads on the bolts, which there were a few.”

“We found our Eden greenhouse to be very well made and thought out. The extrusions were a brilliant design and your after sales staff polite and looked after us very well. One of the slider bearings didn't work when I opened the pack and a replacement part was with us in 3 or 4 days. Brilliant. If I had one criticism, it would be the assembly booklet. A few words to go with the diagrams would be a big help. Although I was an engineer and read a lot of drawings, one or two of yours were a struggle but with perseverance and your back-up staff we won in the end and said greenhouse now contains tomatoes, peppers etc. Thank you. Bob”

“Good product delivered on time (phone call on day before giving 1 hour slot for delivery) the only minus was ordering extras at a later date the delivery charge was to high considering I had already payed £500 for my greenhouse. I would advise anyone making an order to be sure and include all foreseeable extras at the same time..”

“The quality of the greenhouse was excellent all the part were complete on delivery. However some part numbers did not match up with the numbers in the installation manuel (apparently this is because some have recently changed) Not a major problem just an inconvenience, the same issue for the glass part numbers. My main comment would be that the instruction manual only has pictutes and is not very clear in some sections, for example it show that when making the side pannells they should ve completely bolted toghther when in fact you need to separate the top and bottom section to allow you ti fix them to the back and front sections. If the instruction manual had just a few words and tios to help it would have made the whole job so much easier. I wolud say if you have not constructed a greenhouse before you need to allow yourself 2 days to complete and you need two peole especially when fitting the glass.”
