“Fantastic customer service although the carriers failed to deliver the greenhouse when they should have done. All parts labelled extremely well. Only negative comment is that the instructions could do with being a little clearer and READ THEM THROUGH BEFORE YOU EVEN START as I found to my cost. The small diagrams could do with being enlarged as we found them very difficult to decipher. We have had a lot of problems when trying to fit the polycarbonate panes as the grips are so tight to get in. The advice I would give is don't attempt to put them in on a windy day, it's almost impossible as they blow and bend as you try to put them in! But overall the greenhouse itself is of a high standard and once we finish it we will be able to enjoy using it.”

“I already have an Elite greenhouse which I bought some 25 years ago and which has lasted and served me well. Now I have retired I wanted a second, larger greenhouse, as a retirement present so I looked for another elite greenhouse, which I could get from Greenhouse Stores. The ordering process was simple and the greenhouse was delivered on the expected day (near enough). Elite Greenhouses Ltd were very good to deal with, replacing some glass damaged in transit very quickly and were able to supply additional requirements. The greenhouse is now built and full of plants, looking forward to the summer!”

“I recently purchased the Vitavia Orion 6x6 greenhouse and I am thrilled with my purchase, its brilliant! I decided to have the greenhouse installed by the company recommended (The Good Life) and they were amazing! They were professional, friendly and kept me updated throughout. The installation was quick and pain free which was a huge contrast to my previous greenhouse installation by my husband!! I would highly recommend the Vitavia Orion greenhouse and also The Good Life installation team. Thank you!”
