“The 6ft by 4ft greenhouse was easy to assemble, once I had worked out which was the inside and which was the outside of the components and related them to the inside and outside diagrams. But once this had been grasped everything fitted together perfectly. My only slight concern is the rather "lightweight" construction. Not so much thickness of metal as in a previous greenhouse which I previously owned.”

“Easy to ordering system with clear delivery times. My greenhouse actually arrived earlier and was speedily and carefully unloaded and placed in my garage by the delivery person. There was a very small item in the sliding door that broke when connecting together and this was speedily replaced after a phone call. A pleasure to deal with !!!!!”

I must say that some of the instructions took a little while to get used to as they cover few models. There was nothing missing and all the glass was well packed and complete”

“Greenhouse was delivered on the day as promised. Thankfully arranged for installation, would never have managed it ourselves. The guys who came to do the work were absolute stars, working in almost torrential rain all day, with no complaints. The greenhouse itself is as expected, already in full use and have since taken installers advice and fitted automatic window vents.”

“Only just acceptable. Our very competent builder had great difficulty working out the instructions and making the metal framework fit the base which to be frank it only did due to his hard work not your constructed parts. We gave up on the shelf due to lack of instructions but fortunately can manage without. Had planned to ask about some form of storage too for the end rather than the sides ,but probably wont now. “Excellent advise of which mini shed to buy (Lifetime 3 x 3.5m plastic storage box) The shed construction was easy from the instructions provided with all components bubble wrapped and easily recognised Looks absolutely fab The only mod I have had to do is fit a rope strop to the internal pull down as my wife could not reach lid when fully open She could not pull down at the back edge with the resistance of the hydraulic struts Would not hesiatate to buy another”

“Web site is easy to follow and make a purchase from. Missed an item from my order which was dealt with efficiently on the telephone. Greenhouse was delivered on the designated date by the supplier and unloaded by the driver who made sure the glazing was carefully stacked in a safe manner. The additional items were delivered the next day. Quality of the German made Vitavia greenhouse was OK, and would recommend using the toughened glass which was much easier to handle. Only downside is the door slider which should have rollers on the bottom rather than the plastic slider which does not look like it will last very long.”
