“I chose the Cotswold Victorian greenhouse. The two chaps did a fantastic job at erecting the greenhouse. Very friendly and efficient. Even managed to get the greenhouse sooner than expected but as everything was ready it wasn’t a problem. Love my new greenhouse and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.”

“Service was generally good. I would however, make a few points. I was told I would receive a text telling the delivery window on the date of this delivery. This did not happen - the kit was left while I was out, so no opportunity to check anything on delivery. The kit went together very well - although some of the pictures (there are few words) in the instructions took some working out. I still have two little plastic brackets that are mentioned NOWHERE in the instructions - the plastic protection pieces are particularly difficult to fit - had to cut bits off and then glue them into place. The first thing anyone putting the kit together will find out is how weak the little bolts are when you first overtighten one of the nuts, even by a tiny amount - the things just snap - and there are NO spares - not even one - included. I had to rummage around in my spares box for the last 2 or 3 when finishing the roof. It would be helpful if the order in which the roof glass was discussed in the instructions - do it wrong, and you have to remove panels (not easy!) to access others. The advice given in the instructions to not finish cement foundations until the kit is finished is simply wrong - on ANY structure, squareness and level are sorted BEFORE you proceed any further.”

“I purchased a 6 x 4 greenhouse and managed to assemble it myself over 2-3 days with a little help from my husband. It was well engineered, all the pieces were numbered and fitted together nicely. The window and door were the most difficult to assemble but I eventually managed them. The pieces were well engineered, but it would have been good to have the screws more easily identified. Altogether good value and a nice product.”

“The website was very easy to use. The ordering process was straitforward. The delivery driver was most helpfull. The only thing that let you down was the person that phoned me regarding the delivery she could have been much more helpfull. She implied that the greenhouse and glass could be dumped in the road or on the pavement. As the driver carried and used sack trucks this did not seem very sensible to say because I told her that I was happy with a delivery onto the end of my drive but not off the property. Also telling me that delivery would be AM, when I was down for delivery 4. From the comments on your website a few other customers have had these same problems! Because of this I very nearly went elsewhere.”

“Wanted a small greenhouse, saw the advert and purchased the 6ft square greenhouse which matched my plot perfectly. It arrived very quickly, took time to check the contents, read the instructions and with my son it took a day to put up. Care in making sure it was square paid off and now it is full use with stuff for next year coming through great experience and really looking forward to the first full year using it”
