“Very pleased with the quality of the greenhouse, and the end result when we finally got it in place. However, it took us two days to put together, we found the quality of the instructions lacking and think that the diagrams would have been easier to follow if they had had written instructions to go with them.”

“I came across the greenhouse stores while browsing for a new a new greenhouse on line. I had already seen the one I wanted on another site but they were more expensive. I bought on line which was a simple straightforward process and was promised delivery within two weeks. After ordering I decided to add a water butt and so had to call the company their customer service was excellent they were both helpful and friendly. Because of work commitments I needed delivery on Saturday this was no problem , the delivery man was friendly and happy to put the components exactly where I wanted them. There was a delay with installation I had to wait another two weeks but again the installer was helpful and agreed to carry out the work without me being present. Unfortunately one pane of glass was broken droning the installation this was replaced within two weeks. Overall the whole process of purchase and installation went off well despite a few hiccups and I would highly recommend buying from this company who have very competitive prices and great customer service”

“I love my greenhouse. It was a good price and we were impressed with the quality and EVERY item was numbered which really helped when putting it together. Only problem we had was with door and window but we are rubbish at DIY. The service was amazing, some of the panes were broken in transit and so I sent an email in the evening, next morning I had a phone call back asking whether I wanted a replacement sent or get my own if I wanted it sooner and be reimbursed. Would highly recommend this company to everyone who wants brilliant service and a high quality greenhouse for a very responsible price.”

“Excellent greenhouse delivered on time was one triangle panel of glass short but apart from that everything else was there struggled a little with one or two parts of the instructions ie the handle but overall a very good greenhouse well made very good value for money,would definitely buy from them again.”
