“The online order was easy to follow and we received prompt acknowledgement and confirmation of delivery date. In fact it was delivered ealrier than expected (which was not a problem). Excellent service.”

“Was very disappointed that although the advert said we could have £10 discount, we have never received it, despite the fact we have phoned up about it and was promised it would be paid into our account, it never was. So feel that was really naughty of you.”

“It's a pity that there was a mixup with the glass delivery for my greenhouse and as I rely on a son to help on his day off with the erection and we had hoped to get the construction done before the weather broke for the winter. Now we will have to wait until the spring and I will not have the benefit of the covered natural light sheltered area to over winter my tender plants and to plant out seeds for an early start next year. Appreciating that errors and mix ups happen to a percentage of orders is what keeps the fifth star in reserve until the flatpack finally matures into my Lean to Greenhouse. Thank you for the opportunity to leave a comment or two. PG.”
