“The instruction book was a bit confusing because it included more than the model I bought. This meant there were more and different clips which we did not use.The seals on the glass frames had to be put in before construction and glazing. they did not stay in very well and led to a problem when lifting in the glass. The Door has no bar or handle to open from the inside, which, if you are holding seed trays or pots can be awkward. The Louvres are quite flimsy and the frames soft aluminium. Hope the louvres don't fallout! Looks good and love seeing my seedlings coming along. neighbours like it too! Romie walton”

“Greenhouse Stores were really helpful and answered my queries promptly. I would recommend them BUT not for the Vitavia range. Vitavia provided and delivered my greenhouse and all looked ok at first glance. However, the first time I picked one of the panes of toughened glass up from where the derlivery-people had placed it, it shattered in my hands. I understand that this can happen with toughened glass when there is a fault or if it has been knocked in transit. I rang the company the same day and left a message, but no one got back to me. I rang again 3 days later and the person who took my call was snotty and unhelpful, even having the cheek to ask me why it had taken me three days to speak to someone when I had been waiting for them to bother to return my call! Needless to say, they were no help whatsoever in sourcing a replacement pane. By all means, use Greenhouse Stores, but choose another manufacturer.”

“The purchase was of a Vitavia Hera 4500 Green Orangery greenhouse. Delivery was efficient within 21 days, and the delivery man helpful with carrying the packages and safely storing them and the glass into our garage. The base was set in an Indian stone paving, and was straightforward to put in and get level. The construction was by no means straightforward. The hexagonal design involved fiddly -but neat - bolts in channels. The instructions were of some help ,but could have been far clearer. Many parts were capable of being assembled in several ways -and of course only one is right. I am a very competent self builder, but this was as challenging as any construction that I have done. It definitely needs two people at key stages as the frame flopped around, and lifting the roof on required 3 people - as the assembly with bolts in channels can slide out as it is moved. However, once the glazing has been clipped in the structure feels secure and rigid. Overall, it is a good looking greenhouse with which we are pleased. A good value product.”

“I bought a Palram 6 x10' greenhouse a few weeks ago. I found the person I asked for advice very helpful and considerate. The greenhouse was sent very quickly and I had to wait for it to be erected by a workman at this end. This took a week or so to arrange and unfortunately there were a couple of items missing from the boxes. Howsever, when I rang this was immediately rectified and I received the missing items the following day. The missing items weren't part of the actual greenhouse so were not important in putting up the greenhouse/ I have been happily using my lovely greenhouse now for a few weeks and everything is growing nicely. I chose the polycarbonate windows rather than glass as I'm a golden oldie and do fall over quite often and feel this to be a much safer option for me. Looks fab! Thanks - Maggie I found the staff at Greenhouse Stores lovely and efficient to deal with.”

“Excellent service. Greenhouse arrived on date specified. It was very well packed. Excellent quality and very clear instructions for the build. I had ordered two extra pieces of staging which I discovered I did not really need, I returned them and was immediately credited the cost to my account.”

“the only problem i had was with the window. could this not be made as a frame then put the rubber in then drop glass in and clips the same as greenhouse, and remember to put 2 bolts in extra before assembly. spend some time reading the instructions, everything is bagged up and numbered. apart from that it went up as per instructions, well made and looks good.”

“Initially I was pleased with the greenhouse , but since it was erected in August 2015 I have already replaced 3 of the curved Lycra panels ,,I'm aware the bad weather didn't help but the main problem was the weight of the glass panels it was holding up were too heavy this in turn let in water . I rung your company how were less than helpful to say the least . And ended up paying a man to put it right ( I'm a widow ) I've spent a great deal of money with your company the cost of the greenhouse and the erection £ 1,800 pounds ,, It's a beautiful greenhouse I'm really disappointed .”

“The Plastic Shed was delivered when stated. The paid for erection was taken fairly seriously, and did not surpass the time elected. However, the "windows" were not quite as advertised, and they DO LEAK RAINWATER inside the shed. I was warned about this feature ? on installation, but it is a much worse scenario than expected. I shall take steps to remedy this problem when time, and my physical state allow. All in all .... a good result (barring windows)”
