“Delighted with greenhouse but took a very long time to erect properly. Not so happy with shelving supplied as I don't want the greenhouse drilled so am having to devise another way to fit both shelves.”

“Bought the Hera 4500. Order said delivery within 21 days but took almost 5 weeks. Delivery day was given for saturday, arrived at 6.45am which was actually good for me. Chap called Gareth unloaded everything to my back garden - very helpful man and gave me a few tips how to erect it. Took approx 4 days in total to erect. Well pleased with the greenhouse - looks great. Mr. P. Hill Watford”

“We found what we wanted easily on the website. Delivery was prompt. When a part of the frame had been damaged during transportation with the courier customer service support was excellent. We had a follow up email and phone call to make sure the replacement part arrived. We buy from all the major high street brands online and in store and I can honestly say we were very impressed with the product and fantastic customer support. Well done!”

“When you live in Northern Ireland it's not unusual to be penalised when it comes to delivery costs but GS treated me as if I'm in the UK, which I am, with free delivery. This and the free staging made the purchase very competitive and great value for money. I have a minor complaint in that the guaranteed date of 21 days runs from the manufacturer confirming the order, not GS, and the massive delivery lorry couldn't make the turn up my lane, despite oil tankers doing so. My neighbour fortunately was very accommodating but it was a bit of trial. The instructions for my Halls 8x6 were pretty awful but we managed. I do think a help sheet with hints would be invaluable to complete novices. As I had a previous greenhouse I was able to work things out and knew for instance to soak the rubber trim in hot water to take out the inevitable packing kinks. There was one small broken corner of the front gable apex glass but considering the distance travelled etc this was hardly surprising. The door screws were totally unsuitable, snapping off or shearing no matter what tool we used, but replacement harder, shorter ones with decent heads sorted this. These minor complaints really need to be addressed by the manufacturer not GS. Overall I am absolutely delighted with the finished product and would happily recommend your company to other NI purchasers.”

“My greenhouse and shed combination are lovely - very well made and good in quite a small garden. The installation went very well with the buildings being ready in line with the planned delivery date and the two guys who installed it were very helpful/ I have one suggestion to improve the product design - this relates to the extra external shed door - it would be good if it came with a lock the same as the lock on the greenhouse door. I had to buy a new bolt in order to secure the door with a padlock. Otherwise all is very good.”
